01How it works

Hopsim (hopsim.co, “we”) sells eSIMs for mobile data while travelling. Local operators provide the network through our eSIM suppliers; we pick the plans, issue the eSIM, help you install it and stay in touch if something goes wrong.

These terms are a public offer: by placing and paying for an order you accept them in full.

02What you buy

An eSIM profile with mobile data in the chosen country or region, for the data amount and validity of the plan. Calls and SMS are not included unless the plan says so.

Everything that matters — data, validity, countries, networks, speed, the daily cap on unlimited plans and when validity starts — is listed on the country page and in “Plan details”. It is part of these terms.

03Your order and My eSIMs

All we need is an email. My eSIMs is created automatically and you sign in with a one-time code — no password. In return, please:

  • use an email you can access — your eSIM goes there;
  • don't forward the eSIM email or sign-in codes: anyone with them can install your eSIM;
  • tell us right away if you see a sign-in or an order that isn't yours.

04Price and payment

Prices are shown on the site and settled in US dollars; other currencies are shown for reference at the current rate.

You pay in USDT on the Tron network (TRC20) to the address on your order page. The amount has unique decimals so we can recognise your transfer — send exactly that amount.

  • The invoice stays open for 30 minutes. Transfers that arrive later, within 24 hours, are still matched.
  • Sent too little? We'll ask for the difference. Sent too much? The extra goes to your My eSIMs balance.
  • Wallet, exchange and network fees are paid by the sender.
  • Transfers on another network or in another coin may be lost. We look into them by hand but can't guarantee a refund.
  • Promo codes and referral bonuses don't stack unless stated otherwise.

05When your eSIM arrives

As soon as the network confirms the transfer (usually 1–3 minutes), the eSIM appears on the order page, in My eSIMs and in an email with a QR code and instructions. It usually takes a few minutes, rarely up to 24 hours.

The eSIM counts as delivered once the install details — link, QR code or activation code — are shown to you or sent to your email.

06Your phone and installation

Before buying, make sure your phone supports eSIM and isn't carrier-locked. The device check on the site is a hint, not a guarantee.

An eSIM installs once, on one device. A deleted eSIM usually can't be reinstalled — keep it until the trip is over. Installing at home over Wi-Fi is easiest.

07Validity, speed and coverage

  • Validity usually starts on first connection in the plan's country. Some plans start at purchase — the plan says so.
  • Speed depends on the network, coverage and load. Unlimited plans slow down to the stated speed after the daily cap.
  • When data or validity runs out, the internet stops. You can add data (where available) or buy a new plan.

08Fair use

The eSIM is for personal travel. Use it lawfully and follow local rules. No spam, fraud or attacks, and no reselling without an agreement with us — businesses can join our partner program.

We may suspend service if we see abuse.

09Refunds

Full refund if the eSIM was never activated — never connected and used no data — and:

  • it won't install because of a confirmed technical error;
  • the operator has no signal through its own fault;
  • you changed your mind — within 30 days of purchase.

No refund once the eSIM is activated or has used any data, even a little; when the internet drops because of a national shutdown, an operator outage or local restrictions — service comes back on its own; or for plans with calls and SMS.

To request a refund, email support with your order number. We'll check and refund within 10 business days — in USDT to your address (minus the network fee) or to your My eSIMs balance, whichever you prefer.

10Liability

We're responsible for delivering the eSIM you paid for and for refunds in the cases above. Our liability is limited to the order amount.

We're not liable for outages caused by operators or authorities, phone incompatibility or indirect losses such as a missed flight because the internet dropped.

11If something goes wrong

Write to us first — almost everything gets solved by email. We reply within 3 business days.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If the law of your country gives you more consumer protection, you keep it.

12Changes

We may update these terms. A new version applies to orders placed after it is published; earlier orders follow the version in force when paid. The date is at the top of the page.
