01What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser to remember you between visits. localStorage works similarly — it's storage inside the browser that isn't sent to the server by itself.
02What we store
- hs_session
- cookie, 30 days — keeps you signed in to My eSIMs. Not readable by page scripts
- lang
- cookie, 1 year — your site language
- hopsim:cart:v1
- in the browser — what's in your cart
- hopsim:currency
- in the browser — your currency
- hopsim:recent
- in the browser — recent country searches
- hopsim:ref
- in the browser, 30 days — whose link you came from, to credit the bonus
Anything stored “in the browser” only reaches us with an order — for example, what's in your cart.
03Third-party cookies
There are none. Fonts, flags and images load from our own server, not from outside services.
04Why there's no banner
All our cookies are strictly necessary, so we don't bother you with a pop-up. If we ever add analytics, we'll ask first and update this page.
05How to delete them
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, usually under Privacy. You'll be signed out of My eSIMs and your cart will be emptied — your eSIMs and orders stay safe.
