FAQ
What is an eSIM?
A SIM card built into your phone. Instead of plastic you get an operator profile and add it in settings in a couple of minutes. Your main SIM stays in place, so calls and texts to your number keep working.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhones from XS and XR on, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung flagships from S20. Quick check: dial *#06# — if you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM. iPhones made for mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao don't, and neither do many budget Xiaomi, Redmi and Tecno phones. Check your model on the home page.
Do I need a separate eSIM for each country?
No. For a multi-country trip, pick a regional plan — Europe, Asia, Middle East — or Worldwide: one eSIM works everywhere the plan covers. Next trip, top up the same eSIM if the plan allows it, or add a new one — phones keep several eSIMs at once.
How can I pay?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. Prices are in US dollars and what you see is what you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — a full refund if the eSIM doesn't work with your phone and was never installed. If there's no service at your destination and no data was used, we'll sort it out and refund you. Once installed and used, it can't be refunded.
When does my plan start?
When your phone first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it. So you can install it at home in advance without losing days. If a plan works differently, it says so on the plan card.
